Please complete this form to help us provide you with a parent-teacher conference at a convenient time.  Please coordinate this schedule with all family members that are planning on attending conferences (we can only have one time slot for each student).  Conferences take place on Wednesday, October 29 (8:00am - 8:00pm) and Thursday, October 30 (8:00am - 8:00pm).

Conferences for Odyssey 678 take 45 minutes.  Your child will lead a 15-minute private conference and share samples of his or her work.  Then, you and your child with meet with an Odyssey teacher for an additional half-hour.  If you have two children in Odyssey 678, please complete this form twice (one for each student).

We depend on committed and enthusiastic volunteers to make the Field Study a success for our students!  Field Study can be an amazing experience for both the students and their parents, and the teachers depend on our help to create this memorable experience for our students.
