Hello Odyssey Families!
We are hosting an Odyssey Parent Social next month before our next OSPC meeting on Tuesday, March 3rd. It will be held in our Hayhurst Library.
All parents/guardians are welcome and invited to attend. There will be food, conversation, and some fun planned. Please see included attachment
for full details. We are expecting a good turnout for this event. Please RSVP if you plan to come so that we bring enough food!
Program Support Chairs,
Please join us for the Odyssey Program's adaptation of William Shakespeare's comedy, "Twelfth Night".
Synopsis: All is not as it seems when a brother and sister are separated by a storm at sea. What follows is a series of mishaps with cross-dressing disguises, mistaken identities, merry plots by scheming servants, a pompous butler, and the search for true love. The action includes a tragic shipwreck, drunken revels, trumped-up duels, a confusing love triangle, and wedded bliss- all as told by a band of singing minstrels!
Ticketing is now online for the Odyssey 678 'Twelfth Night' performances in March (on the 12th and 15th). $10 Adults, $8 for students. Like last year, all front row seating is $25/seat.
You can use a Visa/Mastercard (credit or debit card) to purchase your tickets on a secure website through a service called Arts People. Arts People is a local business that provides ticketing support for a number of places around Portland, including NW Children's Theater as well as a number of other public and private schools.

If you'd like to find out more about the 345 or 678 cluster from the parent's and student's perspective-covering issues like social transitions and parent volunteering expectations-we will be hosting a "transition night" on Wednesday April 16 in the library from 6-8pm. The first session will be from 6-7pm for families transitioning to the 345 cluster, and the second session will be from 7-8pm for families transitioning to the 678 cluster. (Please note that teachers will not be available for this information session. Information Nights and Back-to-School Nights are the forums for teacher presentations on cluster specifics).
